No comedy comic about me and the struggles of 2016. Just a picture with a bunch of characters that I really love.
I was planning to do a comic, as every other year , but... Well, it’s a long story...
To make it short, I thought 2016 wasn’t the worst year of the decade. To begin with, it actually started really good! (at least, for me) But suddenly everything just went down hill... Between my self-doubts, insecurities, lack of confidence and a bit of loneliness, it was added the loss of someone dearly... I already went through that situation before (last year, even), but this time it was much different... I know it happened very recently, but I’m afraid thinking about it will make me sad for a long while.
Anyways, that, and the amount of bullshit that happened this year (I’m thinking about Syria, mainly)... I’m just gonna say, I want to end this year with the strong hope that 2017 will be the year to take numerous opportunities and risks, for the good! I really wish people will be less stupid next year too... Sorry, I just... I’m a bitter person.
I really want humanity to be just a bit less vain, and start looking at each other more tenderly. The world really needs a strong change, but it is up to us to act! Not crossing my arms now.
To conclude, I’m gonna say, bad things happened in 2016, but the great moments that I had and shared with those I really love, were much more important. And I’ll treasure them. I’m also gonna say that 2017 is the year of Sonic, I’m really excited (sorry for my fangirlsm).
I hope ya’ll have (or had) a great New Year’s Eve of 2016, and I wish ya’ll great success in 2017!
