I mean, the roo technically isn't wrong. Lizards can in fact do all kinds of splits, oversplits, frontbends, and other contortion like poses, but naturally. Not only that, but even when they have their feet under their armpit like Rei has on the left of the pic, the legs are still loose and floppy. But I think the point lies in the fact that if you learn how the flexibility of lizards work, you can better understand how you too can be as flexible if not more than lizards.
