Interested in where the story would have gone in this one. Since I don't know much about the rendering process, I can't say anything on the image. Don't know if it would be better or not.

Need to turn whole arm instead of just her left hand to make the muscles look correct, and set her shirt to a mat texture, would be my changes, just eyeballing it.
