A heavily armed British police constable from some time in the 1960-80s inspired by some nostalgic Cold War Paranoia.
Whether he's guarding an internment camp for suspected subversives, patrolling the edge of a contamination zone on the look out for looters or protecting the deposed Prime Minister from vengeful Miners I cannot tell.
