it was actually a suicide. the green one was his nemesis, and his suicide is going to look like a murder. by his death, he's framing his enemy. getting the last laugh. he wins.

Simply astounding... I love the colours, the composition, and those three tiny little bubbles floating up from the 'corpse'. And of course, above all, the absolutely adorable idea... It's so cute and the colours of the gummy bears so bright that somehow I can't find this macabre at all.

This image is a great combo of dark, light, black, white and colour. I love it. The concept is great, the subtle additions (bubbles in the water, facial expression on the red gummy drowning, etc) are fantastic, and really make a difference.
My only complaint is the bluntly cut off reflection of the gummies. I think it would be really visually pleasing to have their reflections complete (not the glass's reflection though, becuse that'd take up too much space).
