Oh look, another picture of the Hive. Yes, that is Mona Lisa.

Mona was originally a member of the Hive, until the middle of the 2nd season of TMNT 2012. After Venus helps Mona with something, she starts to question the Hive's antics. Chanel sees it as questioning her authority, so she tells Mona that she could either stop talking to Venus and stay in the Hive, or leave it and be considered a loser.

Story time: Chanel, coco, and Mona all stepped outside the cafeteria into the quiet hallway. "OK Chanel, I'll bite. What's up?" Mona asked a bit grumpy. Chanel looked at her manicured hand. "I heard you've been hanging out with that loser Venus. Mind telling me why you would do that?" Chanel questioned. Mona put both of her hands on her hips. "Yeah I've been hanging out with her. Big deal, she's actually very nice." Coco rolled her eyes, not saying anything. Chanel continued, "Sorry sweetie, but that's not how it works in the Hive. We make losers lives miserable, not become their friends." "So what are you saying? That I have to choose between the Hive or Venus?" Mona asked. Chanel smirked evilly and looked at Mona. "That's EXACTLY what I'm saying." Both blondes turned simultaneously back to the cafeteria. "It's your choice Mona. I hope you make the right one." Chanel called back to the brunette. Mona just stared at the door, then quietly muttered, 'You are so shallow."
