This game is inspired by the police chases I saw on TV. Unlike my first game, this one has a loading screen (taken from newgrounds and edited), and a high score table that doesn’t hold the same name.
My problem for now is how I can save the high score list in the local computer / hard drive… Does anyone know how to do that?
This game will be updated later to change some part of the game and fix some bugs. Your comments, suggestions and/or help are really appreciated. Thank you very much!

You're right, it needs nitrous boost. Will include it later for the update if I have time. For now, If you want to play the game so fast, try the very hard mode.

Well, names can be pretty long, and i guess it'd be cool if you could put in as much as possible. I don't really know an exact value, it's just an observation... It's still a neat game.
One other thing, i've seen those car sprites before... In some game making program. I'm not sure if they are meant to be free for use, but then again i've seen them a couple of times elsewhere anyways. XP

How about 15 characters long? Name shouldn't be too long anyway, you can put aliases or whatever name that can contain 10 character or less.
Yes, they are. I got the sprites from Game Maker by Mark Overmars. The game is called street race. I made lots of games using that software (only minigames and still unfinished). I think they are freeware/shareware bcoz they didn't state a rule that prohibits the use of their sprites in other games.
One of the games I made with the game maker (unfinished) and then transfered to flash (finished) is Slot Machine. [link] I still have another game to be ported in flash that I made with game maker, but it'll take time to finish

That's the one! Yeah, i've seen them around and i asked every time hoping to find out what license they are. I'll jsut go with what you said. Eiter way he has no warnings in the software about that. Good luck with the porting, it must be pretty hard!

To save your high score on the local computer you would use a SharedObject, but I'm not sure if that is avaialable in MX. Check the Help files.

You can get a cheap host at NearlyFreeSpeech.net . As for teaching you, I've had a few tries myself and I only got it to half work. Just google for something like 'flash php save highscore' or something. I might try again soon, if it works and you still need help I will note you.

Thank you for playing! what difficulty have you played? I love playing in very hard difficulty, that's how I got that score.
You can top that score if you play for normal difficulty.
