To create a cover and magazine spread for Communication Arts featuring the article Typography as an Image.

The concept I came up with was incorporating various characters made up of letterforms and glyphs of the font Mona Lisa. I chose this font because when I was creating the faces I felt that the thick and thins of the letterforms gave the characters a more artisitc feel.
