One day, coming home and waiting for a green light at a traffic light, I noticed among the motley crowd of people a man who overshadowed the whole crowd. He was an elderly gentleman of short stature, wearing an elegant black jacket that looked more like a coat, and a light white scarf tied around his neck. His white-gray hair was slightly long and neatly styled, and he carried a leather file in his armpit.
I was so enraptured by him that I thought he was the most striking and impressive among the brightly dressed crowd!
It was this gentleman who inspired me to do this fanart with Sigma.
