So, since some people have been asking me about this, I decided to get my ass in gear and cook up a tutorial. So far, I've only got the girls part covered, but I intend on making a second part with advice on spriting boys. I hope you'll look forward to that :3

This part covers faces, expressions, hairstyles and shading. Anatomy, I assume, you'll already know a bit if you're attempting spriting from scratch (if you don't, you can still reference from poses on the internet, but it's probably safer if you have some basic knowledge of it already). I urge you to only try this when you're reasonably confident that you've got the skills to do it (thus, you might want to have some experience with spriting at first). Anyways, I hope this will be of help to you. Also I'd love feedback on how I might be able to make the second part better.
