Pretty much just the standard rules with nuzlockes, but with the added 6th rule. I've seen a few nuzlockes with one healing block or another and wanted to try it. There's no way I'd be able to do the ban of Pokemon Centers instead of items, so I went with this one! Knowing my luck, I will probably seriously regret banning healing items instead of just limiting the number of uses per battle but I'm determined to stick with it.
