I totally would have thought it was domestic if you hadn't labeled it...except the eyes are a little too different for a domestic cat.

OMG he couldn't be any cuter. I went to a place once that rescued wild animals and they had taken in two bobcats while they were babies. They were nearly full grown, and far larger than a large dog. They still, to this day, sleep in the parent's bed with them. They sleep under the couch, and will swat at your feet. When I saw them, they came running out with milk mustaches. lol, adorable to say the least.

The size they get to can depend a little on the exact type of lynx. this guy can get to be about a medium sized dog. The two wildcats are really powerful and very...well...wild

They're a lot of work, they'll destroy everything, they'll steal anything that isn't nailed down (and sometimes stuff that is nailed down), and you won't get a moments rest as long as it's awake. Is it worth it though? YES!!!

I couldnt ever resist those eyes >w<. Hes really adorable whats thier names? and how expensive were they. Id imagine just feeding them would be expensive.
Also how exactly do you get the liscenses? Like where to go and what exactly you need to do?

Well to keep it short and simple...their names are Mia (the female bobcat) and Montana (the male lynx). We got them from a place in the state of Montana for $1000 each (thus Montana's name). We had to bottle feed them for a while which was challenging, but now they eat meat. It's a little expensive but not too bad. The licenses and technicalities were actually something my dad took care of. You have to call some kind of state animal board or something.
So what's so great about these guys you might wonder? They have LOTS of energy. You'll get tired before they do. They can learn to eat and drink out of a bowl, use the litter box, and most importantly, they can get along VERY well with normal house pets. I have two other cats and they get along well. The wildcats have a lot of strength to throw around so sometimes they start playing a little too hard and we have to put a stop to it. I'd say the largest con is that with so much power they can and will tear your house apart. Our christmas tree was stripped completely. The ornaments, lights and even the star on top were all torn off and hidden. They grab EVERYTHING and hide it in their corner of the basement. They are very territorial and if you enter their "territory" to get stuff back they'll freak out. It's best to look for stuff when their not around. They can actually be a little scary. They hide behind boxes and skulk around growling and pushing boxes of the shelves. But other than that they are extremely lovable and enjoy human contact. I wouldn't give them up for the world!
