It's with pencil colours, isn't it? It looks wonderful! And the background goes surprisingly well with the character!
Her flower tiara is so cute! The sunflowers look particulary well drawn! And her bunny ears! ;~;
And the shoes haha they're cute but they remind me of little witch shoes! Nice mix though! : )
She's also got a lovely dress! Maybe it's the influence of the background but her dress seems to give me a vintage feel!
