A bit grim, but still a good picture. I like the trees in front of the picture is so sharp and lies across a lake / water. It would be good if there was a little more focus on the lake, as it suffered in one of the stone, forests soils and the other in the picture.
It gives a slightly creepy feeling that the background is so murky, and that the trees standing in the way they are on, but very well caught. It is a picture of the mood in which it is.

It reminds me of "The Village" by M. Night Shamalan (of however you spell it). It's got that creepy forest-gonna-eat-you feeling. The red too, make me think of the movie. Amazing work!

Gorgeous! I can just about feel the cool mist, hear the birds sing their morning song, see the water trickle, and maybe even smell what's left of last night's camp fire. Pictures like this I could stare at for hours. Great work.
