The Patient Kids appear to be an amalgamations of Kid remains and wooden mannequin parts. They are all child sized to match Blue & Zero from full bodied bandaged human heads and torsos with ceramic limbs, to scuttling rotten hands. They appear to be wearing the same set of clothing, which is a hospital gown. Some of their arm prosthetics are equipped with hooks rather than hands. Some of their head prosthetics also consist of incomplete facial prosthetics.
Strategy
They chase other kids who are not patient kids and try to rip them apart limb from limb so they can stitch their body parts onto them. They can be stunned and burned in the eyes by a light source. Bandaged ones can only be stopped by blocking their path. They are desperate in working limbs and will go so far as to attack each other and The Surgeon will have to come and stop them from doing so.
