The Ruler is Zero’s arch enemy and they hate each other a lot. The Ruler can normally act polite and act like a lady. The Ruler can easily trick and fool others with her manipulative voice and even has her own hentchmen. The Ruler sometimes even flirts or even bribes others to get them to do her bidding. She’s easily angered such as when she finds a mess in her castle.
Powers
Darkness Manipulation: The Ruler can manipulate the dark and can construct platforms to ride on or form black tentacles and hands.
Voice Crack: The Ruler can scream at the top of her lungs and send a giant shockwave down kid’s ears and make them go deaf. It isn’t permanent.
Touch Disintegration: The Ruler has the ability to touch others and they instantly disintegrate, leaving nothing but their clothes.
Amazing Speed: The Ruler can run fast enough to catch up to Zero and even climb down and up walls straight.

Giant Sword: The Ruler has a giant sword she keeps and can stab and cut through anything.
Giant Ruler: The Ruler has a giant ruler in her pocket. The ruler expands on command and is indestructible.
