Tangled vines is a free spirit. He prefers to go whichever way the wind takes him. Right now that's farming outside of Concordia. Turns out that Tangled Vines has about 50 things he'd rather do... But luckily for him, there's a bunch of city slickers that may just be excited to "help" him with his work. Despite his lazy nature, he is actually quite competent when it comes to plant care.
