Say what you will about RescueBots Academy... It's starting to REALLY grow on me, lol XDSo here be a pic of my humble self with Hotshot! Techieguy said he would like me since I'm like a super star in Griffin Rock!
And Hotshot's dream was to be a Super Star!... Of Cube.
Nevertheless! I still really like Whirl, so maybe one day I will draw all 3 of us together being epic!

I love the show so far! The recruits are just so adorable, though I have a feeling that Wedge will be leader when they graduate. He just has that kind of personality to me.

I have to agree with that. Seems more leader type than Hotshot is X3

They all have traits that they sort of share with the Rescue Bots... Whirl has Chase's love for rules and regulation and Blades' helicopter vehicle mode, along with a bit of Boulder's love for Earth and human stuff.
Hoist has Boulder's inventive tendencies, but also Blades' hesitation to get into potentially dangerous situations.
Medix has Chase's logic-based way of thinking and slight lack of emotion, and also his lack of understand concepts like surprises and playing in snow.
Wedge has Heatwave's leadership tendencies, along with his temper when the rest of the team doesn't seem to follow his lead or do something right. He's also proud, which is another Heatwave trait. His vehicle mode as a skid-steer (I think) is a big reminiscent of Boulder's bulldozer mode.
Hotshot may have the water-spraying ability that Heatwave has, but personality-wise, he's more like Blurr in my opinion. Trying to help, but reckless and hesitant to admit when he's over his head.

I can understand the logic of it but have to reamember Hotshot is usually the stand in Bumblebee when he is a main character. He goes from the cocky arragant side to a true leader Armada proves that well and even Cybertron where he ultimatly became the leader of Speed Planet. So while I do agree that Wedge seems like a leader type for now I think as the series goes further in we may see some of Hotshot's leadership tendencies shine through.

I agree. Hotshot will surely get his chance to shine, he just reminds me of Blurr at this particular point in the show.

This show has really grown on me and my IRL best friend too.
He really enjoys how Chase is not only the Officer Obvious that he was in the previous Rescue Bots series but also in this series speaks in a monotone voice.
I happen to enjoy the chemistry between the Rescue Recruits and learning as well as discovering their flaws and coming up with pop-culture references for certain scenes like "Saving that family having a picnic from becoming the next Limp Bizkit".
