I finally got to this, I might give Jules another outfit later that's more casual

Jules:
Jules is Aleena's husband & leader of Christmas Island's largest wereMobian pack that has been lead by his family for as long as anyone can remember. When not doing leader stuff for his pack he's studying Chaos energy or working on his mage abilities. He is a strong mage & had used his studies with Chaos energy/emeralds to help his severely injured son who was blind & catatonic. Jules while usually serious has a soft spot for his family & will do what it takes to protect them, this has lead to isolating his youngest son in a Japanese compound he had in an attempt to protect him after his son was badly injured/traumatized in a war he'd been stuck in at a young age. Jules's intentions while good caused just as much harm to Sonic & caused Sonic to fear him, believing he'd be neglected again. Jules is looking for his son while leading his pack, someone needs to talk some sense into him as he might end up dragging his son back home.

Chuck:
Sir Charles a.k.a. Chuck is Jules's brother & Aleena's brother-in-law, he raised his youngest nephew after Robotnik took Sonic's adopted parents away. Chuck is a kind man that did his best to help the resistance & had to raise his nephew to become part of the resistance as much as he wished Sonic didn't have to deal with the war. Chuck when not helping the resistance nor his nephew is tinkering with something or studying his books. Chuck when he was still part of his family's pack was the one helping keep Jules thinking straight until Aleena came into the picture & helped out as Jules's wife.

Older Chuck:
At some point Chuck lost that spark for adventures & life due to his werehog immortality, he some how found something that helped him be able to age leading to how he currently looks. Chuck is ready to move on but something lead to cutting his plans short after learning his nephew Sonic is still alive & needs help. Chuck decided to stick around, Sonic having caused him to gain that spark back a little. Chuck is still the same man he was 50 something years ago but a bit older & seems to enjoy joking about being an old man now. Chuck tutors kids sometimes & has gained some joy from the kids being excited about his stories & achieving their goals/the studying paying off.
