An OC I'm trying to work on, he's a weird mix of Sal from Sally Face, butterflies(specifically blue ones), & for some reason Astolfo's hair specifically his braid.

Lycurgus X or Licorice as he goes by is king of a strange forest full all kinds of creatures & wanderers. He's a friendly but can often get nervous when alone or around people he doesn't know/isn't use to. Licorice can be kind of quiet but will chat some if you talk to him. Licorice got his name(Lycurgus X) due to taking the throne of the Lycurgus IX as whoever takes the throne gets the name as their title, he didn't mean to take the throne & he often needs help but everyone agrees he's managed to bring peace back to the forest thanks to taking control.

Licorice use to have a normal life(kind of) before this, he'd go between living his life & coming to the forest until his family passed of old age as Licorice stopped aging. He wears a mask due to some scars he got over his face, he's scared to remove the mask in public. Licorice is missing some of his memory, it's a large chunk that he only remember snippets of, the incident that lead to the scars & hiding his face are connected to him losing his memory which also includes how he defeated the last king. Licorice managed to get many allies that come through the forest or live there, Licorice can be summoned if you know what to do, his allies for his safety do their best to keep people from summoning him if they know how to.
