Here's a ref I made of 's OC Sarah, who is a Sally Face OC & a Larry/Sal love child

Sarah is a bubbly toddler, she likes to run around playing & grew up on her parents' love of heavy metal. She's a fair skinned, blue hair girl with blue eyes & a beauty mark under her left eye. At one point as a baby Larry gave her pigtails kind of like her mom had as a teen, I'm not sure how Sal felt about it but he likely didn't realize why she was given them.

I was going to wonder on whether she had Sal or Larry's last name then remembered her family is in America so maybe both. For context most of the characters in the past were Japanese(The Japanese usually take on the husband's last name unless the wife's family has no male heir or has a higher status than the husband's) or were more likely to take on the husband's last name in a marriage. I feel like Larry or Sal would choose the other's last name or put it together.
