Well, I think that for all his broodiness, Fenris is the one who laughs the most out of these 3, and the one who has lighter banters ("wanna guess the colors of my underwear again?"). If carver follows the templar path, he grows incredibly broody too, but if the becomes a warden, he actually lightens up a bit... so I vote for Anders, since he never jokes, drinks nor flirts - *serious business*!

Oh my goodness. I don't know which one I should root for, honestly. Carver has a ton of issues stemming from jealousy... Fenris has the tragic past thing down... Anders is just angst-ridden as all hell...
Hm, well out of all of them, I think Fenris smiles the least. Carver and Anders tend to crack jokes from time to time. If this is before the disaster of Act 3, then Fenris wins. If it's during Act 3, then Anders wins - after all, he even switches to all black just for the occasion.
That's just my input... other than that, great job! That would be an interesting contest to observe. XD
