Description
I just really wanted to draw Eric trying to stop one of his cousins from talking about their plans. Because honestly, that just seemed to be a hilarious way for him to tell them to stop. The rest kind of just filled in the page.Doesn't mean I'm not going to make up some mini-stories for each one.
Top- It had never really occurred to him that some wolves would take his muteness for just choosing not to talk or being shy. So when his first Moonlight Howl came by, it never occurred to him that Tala, who he had been trying to impress, had that idea on his silence. He knew that howling had a part during the Howl, but he always assumed that there were always other things to do as well during that time. The moment he noticed that howling was actually the most important part, he knew he was doomed.
After a very awkward night and being left behind by the Tala, he face planted on a log. He really needed to think on how to proceed with how much more difficult of a time he was going to have.
Middle- As a pup during the age of going to Alpha School, Eric already had a bit of a goal. He was going to teach his cousins to learn when to just stop. He's first target, Stinky. Not out of a matter of order, or anything of the sort. But rather out of the fact that since Eric was starting to get prepared for Alpha School, Stinky seemed determined to 'help.'
"Now as a future Alpha, you must remember that there are many inappropriate things that you must not do." Stop. "For example -" Stop. "And then there's also the fact that you cannot- what are you doing?" STOP.
Bottom right- Honestly, pup-sitting his sisters never really bothered Eric. Sure, Sophia and Shiba tend to be messy, even at a young age, and Rosetta definitely had a tantrum problem, but they were his sisters, one can't choose their family. When they were finally able to leave the den, he couldn't help by smirk by their amazement as the time. As big brother, he learned to treasure these moments. Especially before they began to learn to use his tail for hunting practice.
Bottom left- His first day being able to be out of the den was really more like a night and a little early in comparison to other pups. Usually formerly introducing one's pups to the rest of the family was a pup's first day out of the den. In Eric's case, it was the the night before said event. Being placed close to his parents, he focused on the many little lights flying around them and falling back against his father as one seemed to get near him. He could only look in awe as his parents smiled and chuckled at his amazement. Looking back at the moment from his adulthood, he could only guess they meant to give him a more peaceful introduction to the outside world before all the questions that would be asked from the rest of the family.
