Description This is 1 out of 12 of my Shugo Chara (AKA Guardian Characters). If i had to have only 1 guardian character then it would be Bat.
I am gonna make a Guardian Character information card like thing to explain to u all a bit about her.
More art and stories coming soon!

Lmao I have so many things wrong with this Guardian Character design and my old Shugo Chara character.

1. It is so Mary Sue to have 12 Guardian Characters when the most amount that has ever been heard of in the series was four and they all belong to the main character, Amu. The most common amount I would say is one, and on the rare occasion two in some special cases. An example is Utau, where she has two Guardians that represent two sides of her that she wants to abide to, a girl who obeys her superiors and a girl who rebels against them.

2. The egg design is just "sssssssssssss'great". It's too detailed in comparison to other eggs. Most eggs either have a full pattern that covers the entire egg with the main design on one side, or are a single colour/gradient with the main design either on it once, or repeated around the entire egg.

3. I have no clue as to what the whole 'vampire/bat' aesthetic actually means or represents. The whole point of Guardian Characters are that they are born when people realize that they are missing something, a desire to change or improve in one way or another. An example is Ikuto, why his Guardian Character, Yoru, is a street cat, is Ikuto's desire to be free, because for all of his life he's been trapped working for Easter.

4. The art in general lmao, it's old and a base was used, I honestly am considering to completely redesign a Guardian Character to satisfy my sad excuse of a character for such a good anime lol

5. Her clothing is so bland and so is the colour palette. Black, black, grey and black. Even the characters that do have pretty basic clothing are bright and colourful and their personalities together are so recognizable.

6. And finally, if I were to have more than one Guardian Character, they all should have matching eggs, themes and should be either similar or polar opposites, at least those are the only tropes we see with them in the manga and the anime. Some examples, all of Amu's Guardian Characters are based on card houses, Heart, Spade, Clover and Diamond. Nagihiko's eggs have the same style, but different colours representing the two sides he has, his feminine side that wants to pursue traditional Japanese dance, and his masculine side that wants to act like a normal guy and play sports.

Ok... that's all. I mean, B- for effort I guess lmao
