Alternate Title: Forever Phoebe!This is Phoebe, my Feebas Breeder character. I recently decided to update her look, though the updates are in all honesty pretty minor. I still forever love this character.
The vast majority of her puppies are based off my RL puppies (pictured here is Dakota the Growlithe and Montana the Rockruff). These two are based off my Australian Shepherds, so thus their tails are docked. She also has a Poochyena (based off my first dog, Juneau the Alaskan Malamute) and a shiny Manectric (named Vegas).
Despite how many canine Pokemon she has, her true passion is forever Feebas! Pictured is her first one, Venus, but reality is she has MANY MANY Feebas now!
