Biography
A long time ago, in the town of Sugar Hill, New Hampshire, there once lived a family with a moderate lifestyle & a son with great potential. Young Kyle Rodriguez is a talented individual with a heart of steel and a mind for the good of others. He excels in math & physical science at school, as well as studying religion, especially at Sunday school. But one day, on his way home, Kyle found his house in shambles, with no trace of his family anywhere under the rubble. And for the first time in his life, Kyle felt truly alone, and the presence of God can barely help with that. This made him realize that this had to happen for a reason, for he needs to focus more on himself. And with that, Kyle slowly walked over to the nearest orphanage, & on the way there, he encountered a child hiding from the local gangsters, and gave her his map & some money, but not before misdirecting the girl’s pursuers by force. Twelve years later, Kyle climbed the religious ladder as a chaplain at Green Dolphin Street Prison while working as a part-time lawyer. There he eventually obtained his own Stand by pricking his fingers on a special mystical arrowhead, and with it, he learned all he could about all the other Stand users, including a certain Jolyne Cujo, who was framed by his friend & mentor, Father Pucci, who has a vendetta against the Joestar bloodline, along with a plan to create a new world. Both motives and cause that goes against all that Kyle knows is holy in this world, all that THEY know. Something Father Pucci has forgotten, if he hadn’t knew it. And now, armed with his Stand’s abilities, & all the information he attained in the process, Kyle sets foot out of prison to help make things right, and, well, one person can only imagine where that goes from there…

Appearance
Like the name suggests, the Stand, Ten Commandments, appears to be five pairs of glowing lidless eyes, each one with an individual color that represents an elemental power they possess, making them easy to distinguish. Also, they each has a glowing aura that surrounds them in a fire cloak & a ring of smoke, both of which are actually just for show.
Special Moves
Aside from the fact that this Stand can use each eye to telekinetically control a single respective elemental power with a glance, with varying results depending on the situation at hand, while the Ten Commandments’ signature move, the All-Seeing Glare, allows Kyle to safely attack any of his enemies at a distance, up to twice the Stand’s maximum travel range, although their power & firing rate varies depending on the elemental power they represent. For example, the velocity of light is approximately 3 times faster than that of lightning, which burns 5 times hotter than the surface of the sun. The same can be said for the Primeval Barrage, which allows Brother Rodriguez to fire off all ten eyes at once. As for this Stand’s other abilities, the Infinite Duality allows the Ten Commandments to merge two-by-two by chasing each other so quickly that they turn into spiral discs with a yin-yang pattern that shoots combined elemental blasts. They can double as shields for Kyle, too, and can become bigger & stronger with each eye merged. The Divine Avatar is also a fusion move, and can be used for close quarters, enabling the Ten Commandments to transform into a man with a rainbow-colored aura & a large lidless eye for a face. This increase in power and endurance can only last for a limited amount time, however. And then there’s the Final Judgment, which is a last ditch effort attack which Brother Rodriguez risks losing his sight to take down his foes. Basically, the eyes start by blasting a single opponent at every chosen angle, and at full power. Once the focus beams are the same width as the eyes, they charge at the enemy at full speed, detonating afterwards. And then, in the process, the resulting explosion, transforms into another eye the size of a person, and once it opens, it shrinks at near-light speed, imploding with the victim still inside it in the process, its residual energy cutting, crushing and piercing through them as a result.

Conclusion
Soooo… yeah. I guess that’s just the gist of it. Let’s just say that this Jojo OC has quite a lot going for him. Not to mention, this guy possesses one of the best underdog Stands to date.
