Great work! All I would suggest, regarding the mane and tail, would be to maybe add a longer tendril farther to the end of the tail. This will make it look less like a blunt cut off and more natural, unless your concept image was like that in which case you don't have to change it. (:
For the mane, I would make it a little longer and less grungy and all over the place. But that's just me. Overall it's really great.
