Astelle: [defensive] I was young! I had the whole world in front of me, and he was the only stallion that paid me any attention. I didn’t understand what love was, but when he spurned me as a companion AND a pupil, it shattered my heart. When I first abandoned the castle I hoped he would come after me, and prove that I meant SOMETHING to him. But he didn’t, and my sorrow turned to anger. I returned to Equestria to demand my immortality be stripped from me, but when I learned he had cursed my sister with it as well...
