On to the serious stuff. Love the pose as he makes his way quickly (haha!) past the laser beams. The lighting effect on his foot is very nice. His arms are spread out nicely too, especially in a POV such as this. And of course, the boomerang on his head. Gotta love that.
The only half-hearted issue I see here is the fingers on his left hand. The two of them together look pretty awkward put together while the other ones on his right hand are spread out.
Otherwise, I see nothing else wrong with it. Great job! Keep on making awesome Mega Man art!
