Don't mind me, just slowly uploading some art pieces that I haven't posted anywhere aside from Twitter...
This was/is a little story Amayasama and I were RP'ing! We have a majority of the second half on hold for the moment, but this is a universe of gods, goddesses and mythicals. The boy in this is named Kailen, and he discovers he's what's called an "oracle"—essentially a human that's born to be a speaker or in-between for deities and the mortal world. The big guy, Xiv'ohr, is a water god. This is the moment when they first met and Kai accidentally 'awakened' his god, who's been asleep for a very, very long time.
Playing with darkness is so fun, and my weakness for glowing eyes shows.
