Description
okay here we go:my tools are as follows~
sketchbook, moleskin to be exact.
strathmore watercolor paper (artist trading cards are something i do every now and then. I usually trade them, or sell them for 5 dollars)
ARCHES paper (Not photographed since its fucking huge. I'm experimenting with the types of paper I use and all the textures, but I love Arches brand)
craft paper( i like to experiment, I like this gold paper made by canson)
USA Sanford peel-off magic rub (AKA most amazing pencil-eraser ever. seriously, ever)
various inking pens/paint pens (Sharpies, prismacolor inking, paint pens for thicker lines)
prismacolor colored pencils (I have a whole set, but these new white ones are photographed)
paintbrushes (usually thin round points made for watercolor)
watercolors (Marie's watercolors are okay, and they are really cheap. They are made from horses though, so if you don't want to purchase animal by-products, don't get these. I just needed a cheap set.)
Gouache (I use Holbein Acryla Gouache and I have a set of them)
Acrylics (I only have a few acrylic paints, and they are all various brands. But I do like Golden Supplies, and Utrecht Brand)
GLUE. BECAUSE EVERYONE NEEDS GLUE.
Two other things that aren't photographed :
tracing paper and my drafting/light table. I use these when i want to take a sketch, refine it, and transfer it to a better piece of paper for a finished product.
Well I hope you found this interesting, and maybe even helpful for those of you who are trying to figure out some good materials.
