Accelerator: My DC Universe electric superspeed hero. dont have much of a back story for him yet but since i like Black Lightning Static Shock and John Stewart i wanted a hero design with a mix of the three. I'e had the design for years and implemented it once on city of heroes and decided to try and bring him back.
