Similar to what I did with my design for Little Miss Tiny, I made Mr. Small's hat larger to emphasize his size (Don't ask how it would fit on his head).I think that he could be friends with both Little Miss Tiny and Mr. Tall, kind of like in media outside The Mr. Men Show.
