There is a lot of symbolsim in this one.
This inspiration came from reading One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest by Ken Kesey.
In the novel Kesey talks about how the mental hospital "dehumanizes" the patients.

I love how the blonde model is looking at you with almost a sense of agony. She is the only one looking at you, and you see emotion in her eyes.

I love it. I love how the blonde is the only one with hair. It shows she is trying to keep part of herself.

The light shows a factory setting, with it's bland colors and ceiling tiles.
