Program: Gimp (Paint's for people without internet, lol)
Time: 5 hours (I think, don't time, and not in one setting)

How to (short progress):
1. outline
2. refine outline
3. base colors (and get shades)
4. 1st shadows (lightest shadows)
5. 2nd Shadows (Darker and Darkest *If any shadows here)
6. Highlights (darkest first)
*7. 2nd Highlights (RARE)
8. Color Outline (aka 'Selout')
9. Extras
10. DONE... whoa that's long...

*last thing: this will more to scraps once the real deal hits*
