Description
The adorable bundle of chem addiction and toaster repair skills herself.
While I don't intend for her to feature in Fallout Equestria: The Wasteland Seven as a character, it being an AU/reinterpretation of the epic crossover and all, I do still enjoy her iconic design and want to offer a version of it in my Gen-4.5ish style.
