001- The first page is always the hardest, because it usually sets the tone for the rest of the book.
Originally entitled "Midnight Kids." I'm now reconsidering another name because the characters aren't really kids at all.
The story revolves around a group of friends whose individual stories are linked through the Filipino legend Maria Makiling.
