This reminds me more of One Missed Call 2 rather than Resident Evil. I'm referring to the original Japanese movie and not the horrible Hollywood rendition.

I feel like I can smell the death in this picture, all that coagulated filth on the white tiles makes for a nice effect.

words cannot express how much i love this piece!
That being said, now im gonna start nitpicking. The blood needs to be more red, cause right now the whole piece is looking a little too monochromatic to me.
And although you have some nice textures going on in the face, there aren't any shadows depicting its form. Shadows around the jaw to round it out, beneath the eyes, around the wounds, they're just not there which kinda flattens it for me.
Don't get me wrong though, this is amazing stuff.
