here in holland, the weather has been awful in the last week! dark, depressing, rainy, bleech. so i drew this to cheer myself up.drawn in photoshop CS3 with an intuos3 tablet. textures from cgtextures.com , tips on how to use textures can be found here - [link] and for other tips check out my f.a.q - [link]

Oh that is beautifully child-like and cute. I love the fact that all of her clothes are so short and wide and huge that it doesn't seem like they could possibly be used for anything else except as layers in a crazy ensemble. It looks meant to be.
