Your artwork has always amazed me, and I think it's great you wrote that journal all about your techniques. Your one of the few talented artists on DA that are humble enough to share such details ^^. I had no idea you overlayed a photo texture on your artwork, wow, it really has a great effect too! I would have thought the texture -had- to be something realistic (ie putting skin texture on skin, clothing on clothing) but from your tutorials I can see that the texture is more for the effect than the representation.

I love your color choices - you have so many of them yet they all seem to go together in the same painting without looking cluttered. So amazing! The only thing is that I think her left arm may be a little long? Maybe its just the angle of her hand, but it looks a little noodly. Course, I don't know if you were trying to imitate the robot hands or not. Either way, I love this and I totally love those little robots. So cute!
