This was supposed to be a Oc picture as well, but I just couldn't drag my hand into the formation of another... So, basically my brain is being slow today
Noticed Jake has a scar under his eye though, and I drew in his 'mustache' this time. The colouring was fun though ^^... the scales were a pain, but came out pretty fine

Oh and Bill and Leah's (my female, gila monster oc) also have 20 kids. Why twenty? because 20 rattlesnakes + 20 gila monsters = 40 baby reptiles and 40 is my favorite number.
And another fun trivia about Bill's kids is that they are named after the Roman gods and goddesses.

I'm planning on doing 10 hatchling ocs but 3 of them die being run over by a drunk driver which sets off a True Grit style revenge tale and one of Jake's babies is named Mattie!!

At night Jake's gonna have to help count all the babies before they go to bed just to make sure they are all there. It sounds easy, but when the kids are constantly moving around, it's kinda hard to remember who was counted and who wasn't. It's really easy for him to lose count.lol
And a little fun trivia, all of his kids are named after Greek gods and goddesses.

It's so adorable. My baby snake OCs have been named after Western characters and some have exotic names because of their cobra mother(who belongs to a friend of mine). They are mischievous too and may kill their prey after acting friendly if their parents want!

My oc didn't fall in love with Jake right off the bat either. If anything, she was afraid of him where as Jake didn't hate her, he just didn't have any interest in her.

hey, your pretty good at drawing snakes, do you think you can draw out one of my oc's? She's an Albino dimandback rattlesnake. (you know, white body and light yellow dimand markings)And she has blue and green eyes which are kinda fused together. (like how Jake's are a yellow and red fusion).
If your wondering why i'm using a blue/green eyed albino rattler...well i think albino rattlers are real pretty and i love the colors blue and green. *hence the eye color*
I named her Kacy. Does that sound good?

i imagined her with a white cowgirl hat, kinda like the one the tortoise mayor has.
As for her personality, i wanted her to kinda be like the oposite of Jake. I didn't want my story to be the kind where boy meets girl and they automatically fall in love. Here it's going to go slow. Kacy is suposed to be a special rattler.For one, she's a rare color, and two, she's the timid shy type and is intimidated by jake at first. And of course since she's so different from him, Jake doesn't really care for her at their first meeting.
It's not until later that they start having feelings for each other.
