Hah, I already was like "I saw this DD before". But apparently someone stole it from you - good on you that you finally got the credit it deserved. It captures the spirit of autumn (or what we want autumn to be like ;p) really well.

Oh my I saw it few days ago as DD but didn`t knew it was stolen. Good that you found it out and lead thief to punishment... But it is not fault of dA what happened, but artists themselves, I warned artists few times that their art was stolen and their reaction was like that: 'oh well I dont mind that someone uses my art without my permission and crediting...' So thieves are encouraged, no matter what da will do, it mostly depends on artists. Oh and something like watermark, could be useful, though many artists dont really like watermarks. But then no wonder that art gets stolen so easily...
PS. Of course well deserved DD. Beautiful colours and atmosphere on this picture.

I find it very dissrespectful for the art itself if it's stolen or re-edited.I don't mind aswell when people use my artwork too, but when they claim it as theirs and receiving the attention that i would never even dream of getting it's really dissappointing.When other people told me that my picture was stolen and also it received a DD, i got so sad. Never, on the almost 4 years on deviantArt i've received a DD and that other person in one day gets over 2000 favs and a DD.
I don't feel that i deserve the daily deviation. If i did, i would've received it as the first.
But still thank you, it means a lot your support and comment.

Dear, dont feel this way.;-; the CV had no idea it was a stolen work, otherwise I am sure they would have never DDed them, and instead they woul have DDed you like they did now. You totally deserve this, its a gorgeous picture

I'm the founder of #UnlimitedPhotography this was found in one of our galleries where a member shown us that it had been stolen from you. We will delete the stolen version from the group, block the member from ever submitting stolen works again to our group and report them to dA.
