Jules had always had a crush on Blake for years, but they were really good friends and blake was not attracted to Jules. It was a hypnosis book to control someone and get them to fall in love with you. So Jules told Blake that night how she had been studying hypnosis and would like to try it out on him, to which he agreed as he didn't think anything bad could come from it.

So she got out her pocket watch and within a few minutes Blake was in trance. During this Jules rewired him to love her and always obey every command that she said. She also made him dress up as a girl (as Jules had always been interested and attracted to guys dressed as sissies). So when Blake woke up from trance he was wearing a frilly blue sissy skirt and was looking like a full blown sissy as he was wearing pink sissy panties.
