Description
I designed new forms for Plusle and Minun based on the sun and stars, and the moon and clouds respectively
I am not sure about their typing but I think it should be Electric-/another type like fairy or psychic

Living in crystal caves with Minun, Astral Plusle ironically doesn't see the sun often. But when it does, it gets charged up by the rays of warmth and light. Those who have felt the heat of Plusle's radiation would immedietly feel as energetic as it.

Astral Minun:
Unlike Plusle which can generate light energy on its own, Astral Minun usually depend on them or other light sources to store up light. Minun's moon pom-poms release a calming aura and helps minds to focus. Mysteriously, they tend to glow brighter under full moons.
