well..ur coloring is VERY PRETTY!! so how to..well, make the lines goes like, if the skin is light brown, the lines at the skin is darker brown?..like that

if you mean the shade I say yes >v< but well not at the same color 'x'
move the color a bit then change the darkness *example* : [link] I use SAI :3
because if you use the same color and only change the darkness, the shade won't seen clearly 'x'
