Not that happy with this cuz I sketched it up really quickly on a whim but shhhh who cares-

Anyway I've posted about this fucker before but finally a fullbody ref - Faller! A mysterious man and antagonist for my fakemon region concept, who's here to cause chaos for his own personal gain... whatever it is. He has a special LED facemask that can change to whatever he wants to display his emotions, so who knows what he looks like.
He's generally happy and chipper, never takes himself seriously, which can be pretty off putting. And lastly, he doesn't use Pokeballs, instead preferring to use what appears to be modified ranger capture stylers

So he's fun
Who knows what's up with the scarf around his waist though
