This is my design for the Philippines! ~ I hope you guys like it!
I really wish she'd be in Hetalia already!

Name: Maria Clarice Isabella Borromeo

In the picture, she's currently under Spain.

: She has a broom with her because she is often asked by Spain to clean up his house. She has a smile on her face because she's happy to do it. Since she really believes that it's the least she can do for her big brother, after all, he reads her stories, gives her chocolate and teaches her Spanish! *

:When Spain first arrived in her house, he thought she was a guy. So he grabbed her in an inappropriate place (since he thought she was a guy) and named her after his king, King Philip the II. She got angry and hit him with her Yo-yo until he left.

So, Spain tried a different approach and began to give her chocolate and sweets, which soon made him gain her trust.
Spain at first genuinely cared for Firi, making an effort to tell her Bible stories. But as she was growing older, she began wanting to read the stories on her own, since she said she could read and wanted to learn more. But then, because of her older brother Mexico, who rebelled against him. Spain was afraid that the Philippines would also do the same if she realized the truth. He decided to make her avoid it's "dangerous" contents and said to her "I'll read it for you hija!"

: He's her big brother and trading partner. When Spain came along, he made sure China wouldn't be able to see her. So instead of visiting her in the open, he visited her secretly. But when he is caught he is beaten up by Spain. Firi warns him every time Spain checks on her so he can escape, since Spain fears China will take her away from him. All China wanted was to live peaceably with his little sister.

: He and Firi have a good relationship with each other. He's her big brother and trading partner.

*I'd just like to point out, I AM NOT IMPLYING THAT THE PHILIPPINES is a maid country!!! She is curretly under Spain's house and is being starting to get treated like one.... But she doesn't realize it.
I drew her when she was under Spain's house. Even the Italy twins and Hungary, when they were under a colony cleaned (or in Romano's case ruined) their "Older Brother's/Sister's" house. XD And Firi isn't aware that she needs her freedom. This is the time Spain is being nice to her and is still one of the super powers of that time.
