Anyone who has to wear a uniform knows it's terrible to wear the same set of clothes all year, no matter the season. During summer your uniform keeps you nice and warm and during winter you freeze to death.
But I like to believe the Keyguards are better equipped. So here are some variations of Lucy's KG uniform.

Normal: As the name suggests this is her everyday uniform. (I actually changed what she wears under her jacket to a blouse with visible collar.)
No jacket: What's under the jacket? This is rather informal as this look lacks the signature armbands and rose corsage. I like to think Lucy would take off her jacket when she's working in her office.
Summer: A sundress for the hottest days of the year. But Lucy still wears a black jacket with three-quarter length sleeves with the KG armbands and rose. You don't want to go too casual while on duty. You can see Lucy's KG tattoo around her right ankle. Her number is 21. Because of the heat Lucy has tied her hair up. I like the idea of her wearing a ribbon in her hair. You might know this design from an older Keyguards event: KG Summer Event Sketch
Winter: A sweater, a blouse and probably a tank top or something similar and long cold resistant pants.
Winter coat: It's a warm jacket for field work. In case of snowfall and wind when the knit cap is insufficient there's a fur rimmed hood. I left the rose out in this design. In the winter cold it would die soon anyway.

What I wanted to mention in a long time is that I think the Keyguards' uniforms need some kind of protection. It's their job to fight Heartless and Nobodies, yet they don't wear any armor. I want to believe their clothes are outfitted with low-level armor materials like mythril or maybe a Protect spell.
