This one does seem more refined/revised than the first sketch, and I think the lips are designed quite well.

"The arm's definition is very good, and closer to the right balance with the other body parts. You might want to give more definition to the legs. They are the stronger limbs of the body, after all. If CJ can heft large weights with her arms, she's going to have to have larger, more defined upper and lower leg muscles as well."

Definitely better. Those super huge biceps can throw off the balance... non-literally.
