Description
Here is one of those cards that they gave us, the boarding passes with actual ship members' names on them. I was Mrs. Walter H. Corbett (Irene Colvin) :3 I was a second class passenger returning home to Provo, Utah after studying nursing in England. I got on the ship on April 10th 1912, sailing from Southampton. (This was an actual person) Cabin# : Unknown. Age: 30. Traveled Alone.Daughter of Mormon Bishop Levi Colvin, Irene was studying medicine in London. She was returning to Utah to be with her 3 children. Before boarding Titanic, Irene wrote a letter home saying that some Mormon elders were also joining her on the ship. Irene did not survive the shipwreck. (So I died yesterday DX) Annie got the same on I did.
